How long before they can be transferred from the cup to the ground? What time of the year should you plant them? How fast do they grow once planted? Thank you. Nice video

Would the same process work for a Japanese privet?
@propagatingplantparts87849 ай бұрын
Yes , it may take a little bit longer because of the growth rate, but the do just as well. Happy planting.

@@propagatingplantparts8784 Thank you. One more question: do I need a green house, or can I put them outside and just make sure they have enough water.

Thanks for the informative video. I'm going to try this for the first time with Sunshine Ligustrum. Where do I store the plastic container after I put the plants inside? Outside in direct sunlight or in a shady area? Also, should the lid be sealed tightly?
@propagatingplantparts87842 жыл бұрын
Not full sun sealed lightly...keep it humid inside..

Thanks. That was very helpful. I'm going to try it. Do you use a plastic box with a lid snapped on closed for the greenhouse?
@propagatingplantparts87842 жыл бұрын
Hi! Yes just in a mini humid greenhouse with a little airflow.
@propagatingplantparts87842 жыл бұрын

That was awesome. I am going to try a different levels like you said. I appreciate this video so much because your explanation & demonstration was very clear. Can’t wait to try this out. If this gets started now do you think I’d have to keep them indoors until next spring before planting?
@propagatingplantparts8784 Жыл бұрын
Thanks. I am glad you enjoyed it .You can put them in the ground the same year. They are no different than the momma plant. Just make sure it has plenty of roots and fertilized soil so it will establish quick this year ready for winter. Happy planting
