I'm 1,72m 'short' and all my pants had a full break lenght... Recently changed them all to 'half break' ... : Now I'm feeling much happier (what a few cm's can do !!).

Try a slight (quarter) break. It really complements most men below 5ft 9 (175 cm). If that's not your style, then the half break is also a great option.

Half break for most pants. Im 5'5 , quarter break for pants i might wear in the summer with loafers

For me it depends on what pants I'm wearing, jean's, chinos or formal trousers.
