Dudes trying so hard to look cool or be done first. It's not a fashion show or a race. Stuff is important before playing or working out. Great vid
@havesomefun1207 жыл бұрын
it's sad too because they're not actually focusing on what's actually happening in the stretch. their minds aren't on getting better it's just get through it and go through the motion.

I'm 24 at 5'11, vert is 36 inches since I was 18 and my knees are killing me man. I play ball for 2 hours max and my knees get swollen, I've got to rest for 2 days afterwards minimum. And fuck I'm not even old, nor heavy. Younger dudes, take stretching and proper warmup more seriously than the guys in the vid, it's really frustrating at this point.

PJF basketball training is excellent, but this is a terrible example. The group is too big to get them to put in an honest effort. The athletes are making a lazy effort. This is what you need, kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2PIeKl7odB1h7c, and get the kids to do it at 100%. It'll build explosiveness.

@mattsbestfriend16247 жыл бұрын
SSJ7 do bleacher lunges, get a good deep stretch
@dav53064 жыл бұрын
Could be due to muscles around your hips being weak, and as a result, your hips have too much stress/load being placed on them, which is why you feel pain in them.
@krabbykrabby88182 жыл бұрын
Possibly weak hips or tight hips So maybe strengthen them and warm up hips/hip flexor good before working out And stretching them after (just google stretches)
