Wow' I've seen a lot of ball handling tutorials but this one is the most simple to very aggressive work out you can put in the court, please keep posting your basketball knowledge, it will help a lot
@reemobrooklyn35577 жыл бұрын
I've been doing the your ball handling online program for 3 months now, and I must say if you don't have a personal trainer.... THE BEST self ball handling training out there. How you mix stretching, mobility drills, strength training, on top of the ball handling is something NOBODY is doing. I know because I've tried pretty much all of them. lol You're a gift bro.

Reemo Brooklyn Have you tried his explosiveness program too?
@diegovelazquez94617 жыл бұрын
I have tried both and I would recommend both. Make sure you are able to do all of the main lifts like deadlifts and squats before you start the program because I haven’t been able to do any of the main lifts because I started before I got good form

Great stuff. Really, both form a knowlage-sharing standpoint as well as production. I think you should breakdown Kyrie's game. Or even Jason Williams. Both tremendous ball handlers without exceptional explosiveness, I'd be happy to help (I work as a video editor). J-Will is particularly interesting because he basically taught himself, and his level of craftsmanship is only outdone by his sheer creativity.

I never thought about the importance of hip mobility in handles until I saw this. Great stuff! keep dropping that knowledge

Only reason I did is cause I experienced it first hand
@PyroInferno1105 жыл бұрын
@@chillaxfact4949 really? What happened? I know I need this hip mobility and core because I used to have a decent core, and that was one of the reasons why my handles were gettin better now they are getting worse, I never had any hip mobility.. Which explains my lack of finesse when selling a move
