What if you you just keep it on the lead led through the swing? Stack and tilt?

I was doing this for a while and started hitting way better shots. After so many shots the timing of when to shift the weight at the top of the backswing starts to feel more and more natural. I went from hitting my 7 iron 150 consistently to hitting my pw 150 consistently
