Am I the only person who wants to turn location services on and off from the control centre?? I would settle for privacy being moved to the top of the list of things in the settings app. 😊

Might be able to set a shortcut and use it in cc from there
@realkoko-loco4 сағат бұрын
I do it with a custom shortcut and then I added it to my home screen so if I want to enable or disable location services, I just tap the icon and it brings me right to that setting without having to mess with hierarchies. It would be nice if it was a toggle in CC by default, but I see where Apple is coming from -a security standpoint. Still, it should be our option. Use the shortcut !!

Great tip with the two-finger tap to open link in new tab. I’ll use that one a lot. Thanks!!

I’m always amazed at how many features you find to show us and how very clearly you explain them. And I’m grateful to have the text version to refer back to on Patreon so I don’t have to take notes while I’m watching.

Super cool tips. This is the only channel that when promised “tips in iPhone you didn’t know about “ it always turns out to be true. Just a word of warning- 8:51 activation of Voice Control introduces a nasty bug with CarPlay, where it makes the audio boxy and sounds like it’s coming from a telephone.

Okay didn’t know about the email or messages - very nice tip! Also love reader mode have it on by default! Voice control is legit!! Really tasted playing around with it with Vision Pro then on my iPhone

Always good advice. I might add that I use the voice-controlled gesture to take a picture when I can’t or don’t want to use my hands. (People think it’s magic!) 😊

Ive reached the stage of not wanting any more new features. I love stuff like this, that tells me how to use what ive got better, but its a long time since any of the 'update improvements' have done anything for me other than take up storage space

I tried setting up the vibration using the custom feature on my phone for when my wife text messages me. It shows that the vibration I have chosen is the one that I created but every time she text me it still uses something else. Any thoughts?

Apple seem to forget that most people hold their phone vertically. This leads to accidentally operating camera control. I have disabled camera control in settings until needed. Is there a quick onscreen method to toggle on and off ? 🙂

The problem with that on the health app, is my doctor just brushed it aside he didnt care, he wanted to run test after test costing me more money i had to turn down the useless tests. i dont need a test to show i have a blood clot in my leg as to why i have a PE in my lungs. Sometimes Doctors dont care about you as a patient they are only there for the money. Blood thinners at my age are very dangerous. Dr says better to take a thinner and risk of bleeding out over a blood clot. But both are death. It is better to find the root cause and fix the problem. Correct solution is to be more active. Cause of blood clot sitting to long. Fix the problem not give drugs than can kill someone by bleeding out because of the drug.
