Hey Darren & Sean - Cheers from Vancouver. Great segment - Your insight and experience is extremely valuable to potential buyers. I have a suggestion - add the links of the properties to the description. Also, "Well to be honest with you" phrase ... Best Practices say its best to eliminate that from your vocabulary as it implies that up to that point you have NOT been honest with your customer/client. All the Very BEST!!

Interesting vid guys - a great idea these type of vids are. Out of interest - is it called Monte Mayor, or Montemayor? Just Googled property there and some sites call it Montemayor. You have a lovely town house listing there. Thanks

It´s actually known by both names 🤦🏻‍♂ Makes it tricky for searches and advertising!
