been watching all your videos , find them interesting , been developing real estate in London for 38 years , have a substantial portfolio . both in London , Penang and Ipoh , both in residential and commercial , watching your introductory videos gives me a perspective of my first investment in KL , was very reluctant to investing in the capital city , I found the city planning very haphazard or poor town planning , over the years the developers have improved their product and quality of finishes . Thank you for the effort in educating new investors and both owner occupiers . Keep the videos coming . Coming back to Malaysia in November 23 , after 5 years ,would like to meet you in person over lunch / dinner .

Thanks for this hot and sweaty showroom, project site and MK area review. Love the technology part (non touch lift sensor buttons etc) of the project. The unit has a hotel lounge feel to it.

Been living in MK for the past 3 years (because expat wife) and even though the congestion can get bad at certain times of the day, I can't imagine living anywhere else in KL already. Convenience factor is so strong here. 3-5 mins walk to 163, 1MK/gym, Arcoris and a 5 min e-scooter ride to Solaris. Variety of eateries and cafes available also quite hard to get bored with. Plenty of places for evening drinks. Sometimes craving for kopitiam food also there are several available in Desa Sri Hartamas area. In terms of safety also, MK is quite high up there. I feel safer to walk around here at night compared to most other parts in KL. But the cost of living here is a whole nother story la haha.

Hi, question regarding the e scooter, are those shops in Solaris allow you to take into the shop with you? Those foldable one or they make you park outside which I think it’s risky

Love this.. was really looking at Residensi 22 and very nice to see this project... layout n sizes makes good sense. Not a very adventurous or edgy design wise project, but will appeal to a large section of buyers with this budget.

The same kind of dense development are happening in Wangsa Maju / Setapak area. Do you see they can be as successful as Mont Kiara's properties since there are not that many expats living there. Despite that the price are quite steep for new high rise developments there. Hope you can share your professional and personal opinion.

Erm, I have no idea to be honest. Typologies like these are stretched across the entire Jalan Kiara 3 connecting to Segambut. It was been like that for many years and apparently it's not an issue to everyone hahaha.

The price is relative cheap. Sime Darby Cantara in Ara Damansara is not as well fitted and not as prestige a location but it's RM1000 per sqft.

Jalan Kiara 4 may be upgraded to replace Jalan Kiara 5 as the main artery to Jalan Segambut. Will be nightmare to access the condo for few years if that happened.
