Really nice , going into commercial place will so hustle . Hopefully Putra Heights should develop more commercial place as it nearby Giant Putra Heights but public transport LRT is really nearby .

Seriously the price is not cheap at all for a high-rise in this location despite its low density. My brother used to buy a subsale double storey terrace for RM350k and sold it recently for RM700k.

Why 4 yea? I don't think landed terrace house can even accommodate up to 4 carparks.

@@iherng 1 for husband, 1 for wife, 2 for kids. 4 parkings lor. ERM... yes landed terrace facing park can put 4 cars. Sometimes 5. That is why the premium. Normal terrace can put 3, remove gate strata house can fit 4 in tandem.

This type of condo is not build for entertainment a family of maybe 3 or 4 can probably live here and have a decent life but if you’re a business man or women you’ll have to entertain them which maybe needs a bar , karaoke or a formal living area which needs a much larger place but I think youngsters at first when they first go into the real word would buy a condo for price purpose. As for reno if you were to go for tiles finishes and branded basin like grohe then it might cost at least 50 to 100k so that should also be taken into consideration when you buy a property .
