Went to visit this property as well. Absolutely love it if I’m buying purely as trophy. The part I don’t like is you need to go through few long waited traffic light to go to anywhere, including buying meals.

The town planners need to take into consideration the traffic going into MK and Hartamas. It’s getting worse and worse by the day.

Really nice ,as I prefer less room more space. But more costly due to MK location. Hopefully there are similar projects soon for other area as I'm working remotely not really care on location, but walking access to restaurants shops is important for me. If there any similar concept at any location, feel free to introduce too. Nice video

location is key and is the main reason (apart from having to wait many years) i didn't choose to buy even though the price was really attractive with tresor discount. otherwise a great project, layout is so much nicer than allevia with the dark & skinny kitchen 😅

Mont kiara has way too many high rise condos. Not sure if the land / hill area there can take massive projects. One time theres a underground water movement, sure highland tower will repeat again. Mind you by the soho area there always got small landslide almost every year during musim tengkujuh woo..

It’s getting harder and harder to consider Mont Kiara as a place to move in and call home now. Congestion is real, getting very high dense. Not to mention the encroachment into Segambut Dalam and extending the Mont Kiara area is also kind of misleading. Maybe the expats living there do not feel it or just simply do not care 🤷‍♂️

Anywhere is Mont Kiara now. Just like how BBCC area got upgraded because the developers wanted to turn Pudu into something prestigious. But those expats are probably living around Pavilion Hilltop area, most likely won't feel it.

Very nice project. But the multiple empty lands around it is scary!! Will the two lane of roads be jam in the next 5-10 years? Something to consider. Anyways its out of my budget hehe

outside looking in, MK looks over built with condos and congested. But the reason so many still flock here is the convenience and the lifestyle here feels quite unlike Malaysia. As far as congestion, it's the same anywhere as that is near the city centre.

Pentamont residence is better value. Strategic., jalan kiara 5…. With access to jalan kiara 3. Brand new and just recieved vp last month Most unit > 2000sqft. Last time when I saw Jendela Residence @ KLGCC, I thought that is the top 1 in my trophy house list. But after seeing this, I’m like “this one also can put into my list wor. In case, I can’t get a unit in Jendela Residence in the future.” 🤣

Jendela sold out already so must hope for buyers to let go cheap cheap. After seeing Senada actual units, gotta say Sime Darby really F’ed it up. Finishing is poor, some elements simply do no make sense. Actual units look very far from the showroom reviewed by Sean. Strongly suggest that you should reconsider and look at other trophy properties

it's always quite a let down with KL properties, especially these days they try to make it artsy and hip minimal looking, in actualy everything feels cheap ....environmental and future next door properties development is also always a surprise... its better to rent in KL than to invest
