In this episode, we answered a lot of queries regarding PR1MA. Who can buy? How to buy? What are the criteria? What's the workmanship condition? I'm just so excited.
But in my opinion, this is that perfect home for the medium income earners. They are able to be price their products lower than the others due to several criteria, their source of land were made with the intention to serve the public, their facilities are designed with minimal maintenance, and profits are not prioritized within the organization.
As a result of that, we checked out a very well designed unit that is available within budget. In terms of spatial flow, functionality, ventilation, daylight availability, all are well sorted out. The only thing I prefer less would be the location for this but just because I don't work around.
Also as a capitalist that's acquiring real estate for rental purposes, this is not really encouraged as these are designed to provide shelter for the public. I seriously think PR1MA should do more communication work so more people would understand their services and product better.

This is a really nice project. Pretty cost effective. Good location. Only the smaller tiles on the floor is a mood killer maybe. But that can be easily addressed with using rugs and carpets I guess.

There's a lot of flooring materials upgrades if you choose to buy. After all, the price definitely will cost extra if use 2x2. They do best to save the cost. If the buyer decide to upgrade. They can.

Sean, interesting video as always! It's impressive that Pr1ma recognise your scope of influence and gracious of you do this collaboration to educate the public. Interestingly, if I remember correctly, the main con for this project is none other than MRCB. Perhaps that explains the design language/DNA which is common for all their projects. They will have another Pr1ma ready by Q1 next year! Looking at this work and if this is what they go by, I'm excited!

Actually main con does not influence the design at all as they will just build accordingly based on the drawings provided. But based on my observations, their designs are actually not bad. Just unclear on who can qualify for their projects haha:)

wow this project is very livable! nice layout, good workmanship and spacious corridor! I m sure they are owners who renting out their units. Can be profitable after years.

The design of this apartment is straight forward, very standard. 👍. Quality ok and price tag ok also lah.

Very nice review..just for a comparison..I bought a relaunch condo in Kajang where I guess one of the main concerns for the developer was to control cost..we don't even have a frigging tile skirting for our lobby!!?? and only one power point for each room and it's a 500k condo lol, this property seems very well-designed & built for 300k. Hope to see more PR1MA reviews. Do you know what their maintenance fee psf?

Sean, pls dont say PRIMA very "generous" give those foyer area and give more space to owner ... It is suppose to be like that ... Private developers shld follow that kind of standards ... If PRIMA can do it, why private developers cannot? And private ones charge higher price too ... However, i think PRIMA developers shld give bigger tiles .... Smaller tiles is cheaper but more qty and more time to stick it compare to bigger tiles

As buyers also we need to be realistic. Everything has cost associated with them. Private developer cannot do things like PR1MA because there’s not enough profit margin. For the tiles analogy, I don’t think you’re right. You can always change them if you have higher budget.

@@iherng most ppl dont realise having bigger tiles means u have to use much better cement and worksmanship, or else the tiles will "explode"

very Singapore's hdb housing concept, tongue-in-cheese, practical for public housing. it's better than the dbss. singaporeans will buy it for the price, that is no longer affordable for young gen family, the size and build.
