We are finally here to really deep dive into the project that most of us have travelled past before. That grey building next to Federal Highway and LDP highway. In short, I think it's extreme value for money.
Most people formed stigma for the building due to the quiet commercial area in the front. That's very unfortunate but that shows the importance of having the right ownership format for any commercial space when invest in properties. The shop towers were sold with the concept of having 2 retail frontage, one on the ground floor, another at the podium above where it's the transition space to all other elements with the project.
There's a MSC corporate office, SOVO, and residence as well within the project. I am very impressed with all the design treatments from the infrastructure access, then the landscape treatments, material specifications, security measures and etc. All were the best during that moment of time and honestly if this project were to be launched within today's context, I think it's still relevant.
Just that I felt bad for all the initial investors, especially those who invested in the retail towers that are still empty since vacant possession:/
