Landed strata has been in the market for several years and it's very attractive as you can have gated and guarded surroundings. Plus you'll be part of the management that maintains the surrounding of your house as well. Thanks for watching!!

And you can't do any changes to the facade of the house as every unit must be exactly the same (or almost). Bit like living in army barracks or Soviet Union housing projects where every building is also exactly the same.

The landscaping is pretty... but the house design is too lame... while the interior is too too simple Tht having said.. its really not worth buying this unless the price is below RM1,300,000 Anything above tht is OVER PRICED !!
