It's Saturday about noon here in Los Angeles. I have to get ready to go to work. No days off this month. I felt so tired and depressed this morning until I saw ... a new vlog by Sean Tan The Man! Always interesting and fun videos and I always learn something. It's nice to escape overseas for 15 minutes. I hope you have your own TV program in the future. You are very knowledgeable and entertaining. Sometimes TV shows or movies will show funny outtakes or "bloopers" at the end. I'd love to see those in your vlog if they happen. You make some of the best quality content on youtube. Gotta go to work. Ciao!

That's the goal that I hope too... my very own TV show. But I think KZbin already has higher priority than TV, Netflix perhaps hahahaha. As always, thanks for showing your support Thomas. I really appreciate it.
@thomas52315 жыл бұрын
@@iherng What you say about KZbin having higher priority that TV is true in many cases. I didn't know that before. I was watching a man on youtube here in America who makes videos about news stories. He criticizes TV show news programs for being biased and not giving honest reporting of stories. A famous TV commentator on CNN News whom he criticizes called this youtube guy unimportant. Well, the youtube guys has 1.5 million subscribers and when I checked the CNN opinion reporter's ratings, he had about an average of 500k to 800k viewers. So the youtube guy has TWICE the number of viewers as the guy on the major network CNN !!! And the youtube guy does his show on his own from his house! So, I think you're right. Build up a following on youtube and try to eventually also get a TV show. You have a good and funny personality and charisma and you're very knowledgeable so keep up the good work and go for it!! I'm not going to buy property in Malaysia, but I love watching your videos! You're a good guy. Keep up the good work!!

I'm moving to KL for work in 2 days, and although I've lived in 8 different countries, I've never been to Malaysia. I'm looking forward to my next chapter of life in KL, and videos like this really help provide some sort of a framework for what I can expect in terms of living quality, price, etc.... Long story short, thanks!

do u know if theres a indoor connection between kerinchi residensi to kl gateway? so that shorter distance to go to lrt
@yanminglee30945 жыл бұрын
this is my point of view, but its kl gateway premium residences. from my experience its not that good actually, the lifts are slow compared to the other usual lifts. you would have to wait as long as 10 mins sometimes. and for the door of the lift to close, it doesn't respond when you press the close button but to wait 5 secs for it to automatically close. The exit for premium residence is bad, it leads directly to the toll highway, many people have to go against traffic to avoid it. And there's no parking for visitors either. And yes sound pollution is a thing. There's only one lift leading to the mall if you were to take the lrt from residence. so when that breaks down, get ready to make a huge circle around the building.
@iherng5 жыл бұрын
Yupe. I agree with you Yan Ming. Just to add on, 1. The way finding around the carpark is so misleading 2. You can never find the right lift to your unit because there are dedicated lifts for specific units, that's why they are slower because the developer needs to have more lifts in number. 3. The gym is super lacking in terms of equipments. They don't even have free weights. However, I think the link bridge in front of the building will change the landscape of this. As you can turn left and make a u-turn back to Bangsar South. Thanks for sharing Yan Ming. I really appreciate it!!

Why you always concern about refuse chamber, and ventilation at refuse chamber?
@iherng5 жыл бұрын
Hi there. Great question! It's because when you really move in and stay, these are the elements that really makes a difference. Plus the other fancy elements such as facility deck and other are always emphasized by developers but personally I'm really into functionality and practicality=) It really takes a developer with certain experience and caliber to be able to plan details at those areas that are most neglected. If these spaces are well planned, the units won't be too bad. If you've stayed in an apartment and everytime it's a nightmare to take the trash out because the smell is just horrible when you open the door, it's just poor planning.
@WTiDeadlyfury5 жыл бұрын
@@iherng There isn't refuse chamber, only garbage room. Why do Malaysia condos, especially in KL, look so badly plan and outdated design?
@catmad85285 жыл бұрын
@@WTiDeadlyfury Nowadays, developer only chasing profits and they don't really focus on the layout functionality. They only score for the minimum requirements set by local authority. Some development in KL got so many units (high density) but less facilities to offer.

But it's pretty hard to be near LRT and quiet at the same time haha. Then the question would be where you work? Because now we also have the new MRT besides LRT that is slightly older.
@MrJenny28034 жыл бұрын
I am currently renting here & overall i dont like it at all.. if i have a better choice i definitely wont suggest it here. The only good staying here is near to LRT & Supermarket. The lifts are SLOW, utilities bills are extremely high although it is commercial, the noise from the events happened in the mall almost every weekend which you cant have peace at all although u complain to the management.. hmmm not to mention the unit i am staying right now... not worth to what i paid.. so be wise before you choose here.. dont fall with what agents say to you. There are a lot to choose in that area that is far better than here.
