Agree these videos are really useful, I found that I’m learning from very unlikely sources compared from the usual uncles and friends advice I had been getting and truthfully I’m not entirely sure if I was advised correctly.

Happy anniversary Lia and AK.....It's interesting, I don't know much about real estate but there's something satisfying about watching the work of others. Seems like the UK is roughly the size of my state of California; London to Edinburgh is comparable to the distance from my region, San Francisco Bay Area, to Los Angeles (534 km for London to Edinburgh, 611 km for LA to SF). Interesting to see the Victorians, we have a lot of those in downtown San Jose and up in San Francisco. I used to rent a room in one of those 🙂

Even if you have DIY skills personally, and my partner does, electrician, plus my 20 year old son helps, he has mates that we pay to help too...its still a very slow process. Probs still need to get a builder in to do major work if doing a reasonable sized flip.
