How do you cast the slab without points for electrical and plumbing

The piping is placed before casting the slabs. Small holes are drilled on the hollow blocks at the electrical or plumbing points

You will use less concrete to make the slab as opposed to the normal way of casting a slab...Also you won't need to rent steel trappers during the construction of the slab.

In Africa. Many try to copy this method, use rebar in the beams, standard locally made rebar, is not of high strength, you need imported high quality HT steel, 12mm, length should no be longer than 4.5m. Whereas proper bison beam span longer lengths. The beam should be designe in T shape at least 150mm in depth, 115mm wide at the base.

The blocks are made to fit snugly in between the beams as there are interlocking grooves on the blocks. Ensure you hire an experienced contractor to install the beams and blocks, not just any fundi. Or you can use the contractors recommended to you by the beam and blocks companies.

That's a very poor concrete mixer...the stone are big .. cement is low ..

This is a poor video of beam and block floor. To do beam and block floor with thin beam the beam use high tension steel wire, prestreed to 4200psi. The concrete mix pictures dont really match, in some pic its wet meaning lot of water, pouring its too dry. When hes tamping the finish, look water on top. Doesnt add up. I would guess is spray on top or water thrown to get watery finish. The questions here are: How deeps the concrete poured on top? The span length? What the steel wire sticking out for in the beam? The aggregate look to big. Pouring the stair, tipping it like the, get segrigation of sand stone. One must weigh up the total cost of beam, blocks, rebar, the mesh, the concrete on top, plus labour vs a concrete floor, timber shuttering, rebar, the amount of materials for a 150mm concrete, plus labour. The only real benefit is, you dont use as much timber. Although you can walk on the next day. Both ways need the concrete to be watered for aleast 7 days.
