Hi Ayesha, when I watch tours I feel the exact same way. It's a tough balance, some people really enjoy seeing a preview so they know if they should stick around and watch. We agree, but we notice most developers do not include this as standard. Potentially as it will increase the property price or potentially because people have different tastes and mass house builders don't like to have too much variety that would complicate their build programmes.

“Natural surveillance “ 🤔

It's a legit factor. If your neighbourhood has windows it usually leads to spaces feeling safer. It's termed "natural surveillance" rather than having CCTV camera installed at dead ends and blank brick walls which create a very hostile vibe, having people occasionally glancing outside is more friendly and a friendlier way of keeping eyes to the neighbourhood. Hope that clarified things.
