I recall the day this was written, it was a magical day, it's funny how sometimes an idea can reveal itself so completely to you sometimes without all the complicated barriers you so often encounter while composing an original idea or melody, oh and I knew Joe's voice out of everyone that could have sang this was the one and only voice that could do it justice, Cheers to you Joe and the band for making this a great song. Your friend always, here's to the great days of Rock-N-Roll, Karl Vinson.

I cried for an hour last night and this great song says "you can't hear the sound" but to me that is a brilliant way of saying "I Suffer in silence." I am from New Jersey same state as Prophet. I grew up with this band. I love them tremendously. When I was only 12 and 13 years old I dreamed all the time of having a band like this. 41 years old now and I'll do it on my own because the times have changed and ruined music.

Phoenix van der Weyden You made a great choice, Russell Arcara has an awesome voice!! I have Russell's S/T from '97 called "Arcara", and it rocks!! Very reminiscent of Prophet, with the guitars turned up more:)

I´m looking for "Arcara" right now :) Russell really has a great voice , Prophet was an amazing band , it´s a hidden jam :)
@RCEvans879 жыл бұрын
Phoenix van der Weyden Unfortunately his '97 release doesn't have any track uploaded on YT, except for maybe 1 or 2 cuts. I wish the whole album was uploaded, because the first 2 tracks, "Wine & Roses" & "You're All That I Need" are kick ass songs:)

AFRC The lineup you have here is from the 3rd album, “Recycled,” which I was thrilled to have played on. The “MK II” lineup in the video was Metaxas, Dubman, Arcara, Zujkowski and Sterlacci. 😌

Didn't find this song until 2004 when I bought a homemade CD with a bunch of heavy metal songs from the 80's. I was a big fan of glam rock but can't remember these guys - glad someone took the time to post this video. Thanks!

Childhood memories aplenty. This band were from my native New Jersey and I always wanted them to be famous. I had their first two albums both great, but the first album is in my opinion far superior. It's the one I still listen to the most. Arcara is great, but Fasano was like a rock God. If you don't know it already check out the song "Everything You Are." These guys made me proud to be from this state, but now not as much as my favorite hockey players from here. I know I'd get along better with them and that's why.

One of the best albums from an ill-fated band. They were heroes for me when I was a really young kid because they were a great band from New Jersey and that's where I'm from! Russell Arcara does look like Paul Stanley, but hands down even better! They're a great band and both this album (Cycle Of The Moon) and the first with Dean Fasano (r.i.p bro) are amazing! This band, I tell you, are in a class by themselves!

Best "progressive AOR" band ever, and what about the follow up Recycle from 91'?
@SuperBenblake10 жыл бұрын
noel aguero I've gotta hear that! Used to be everywhere a million years ago then disappeared. They are the best ever!
@noelaguero508010 жыл бұрын
Recycled is a different record than Cycle Of the Moon. It was released in 91', when as it is known most bands were trying to sound harder and more serious, they even got a different guitar player from a heavier band called TTquick, but believe me it is just as awesome,only with less keyboards. I am lucky to own two copies. Look it up here on youtube
