Proposal: Harborplace to feature 4 new buildings, including residential tower

The new Inner Harbor will potentially have multifamily homes, according to a new proposal being pitched to the Baltimore City Council tonight.
Councilman Eric Costello is sponsoring a charter amendment that would permit "multifamily residential development and off-street parking within the dedicated boundaries of Inner Harbor Park."

F*** no. the Inner Harbor (it's called the Inner Harbor, not "Harborplace" hurrrr) is a tourist mecca. The LAST thing anyone should put in that rotting husk is a frickin' Safeway. Why the crap would anyone in their right mind do that???!?? just do something for people to DO other than to get robbed. I took my girl to the Cheesecake Factory after a Def Leppard concert there years ago. Where is it now? Gone. What about Planet Hollywood? Gone. Is Hooters even still there?!?

Hi. We the public are in favor of any positive chances that will improve Baltimore Inner Harbor . The public disagree with putting any type of living apartment at the Inner Harbor. Would like more entertainment attractions to come to the Harbor . From the public of Baltimore.

Baltimore was the headquarters of Photon, practically. The Dundalk location was a place for birthday parties to travel from miles around. The short answer tho is "no, we can't." I don't think we can have nice things in the inner harbor. You will have youngbluds trying to throw down in .5 seconds once the place opens. You will have little poops bringing real guns shooting little girls in the face. I guarantee it
