You are very lucky to have such relaxed Visa RULES.I am BRITISH , married an INDIAN(we did it in India 2021),now I cannot even invite him on a visit visa( twice rejected , reason given he is married to a me and has no MOTIVATION to return to India!!!so might overstay his visa if given!!!).Second problem, in order to bring him on a spouse visa I need to earn £39 000 , a very high ,impossible income. The average( and mine) salary is £20 000.We also have a daughter, born 19 years ago(separated afterwards, reconnected later).We now meet on holidays in Europe ,where he is welcome.
