I have absolutely zero love or trust in The CDC, but based on some videos I've seen of Margarittaville At Sea, I'm not surprised one of their ships failed a health inspection. I don't think it's a knock on the crew. It seems to be more of a lack of funding by the parent company to me.

So sad for sapphire princess, thankfully they issued a partial refund to everyone though. Still sucks.

My friend is on the Sapphire now. It’s her first ever cruise. She is so upset about the missed ports. And she said the ship is hardly moving. I feel so bad for the passengers. I know missed ports can happen but this is a lot. Hope things start picking up (literally and figuratively!)

What if all cruise lines just stopped going to Barr Harbor,Maine all together? Then would they be wishing they haven't changed the number of paying cruise passengers who stop and pay for gifts and taxes then will they be crying still about the number of passengers? I'm having deja vu also because I remember commenting on that video about the Crown Princess and propulsion problem when I went a couple yrs ago as a result of those pesky mollusks that clogged the engines due to going from warm waters to cold and them dhying off in those engines.
