Pros and Cons of an Unlimited PTO Program

I've always viewed vacation in the bank as a little bit of insurance in the event of down sizing. Companies moving to FTO should adjust their severance pay policies to provide something to fill the gap.

Worst policy ever and should be abolished. A total scam and essentially an accounting trick.
