Pros and Cons of life in (Guangzhou) China from an American perspective

I made this video give some tips on things to expect for anyone who may be considering moving to south east China for teaching, business or study, or for anyone who is just curious what life is like in China (based on my personal experiences) between 2013-2020. I have lived in Guangzhou for 5 and a half years in total, having gone back a forth a few times, and I'm moving home to the US in the next few months.
Overall it's been a hugely positive experience for me, though no place is perfect and there's certainly been some big challenges at times for me. I have great respect for the good people of this country despite our countries' recent issues. Guangzhou will always be like a second home for me and I hope I can always return in the future.
