Don't get me wrong the atmosphere pheomenal but nothing around for miles until you hit Atlanta

@@livinginsouthcarolina as of right now the gamecocks would have to win against Clemson for the next 30 years straight just to be tied with Clemson in the all time rivalry. When speaking of these two teams its not even close to being equal.

Clemson University is ranked higher in latest rankings (US News, 2024) than the University of South Carolina, Columbia. Clemson is ranked #80 for national universities and #39 for top Public Universities...while USC is ranked # 121 for national universities and #61 for top Public Universities. Clemson University is superior to USC, Columbia.

It depends on what you’re looking for. A lot of the property around the lake can be. But, in general, Clemson is pretty comparable to the rest of upstate SC
