Definitely! Yet there are many other nice ones. Viseu is supposed to be the one with best quality of life. Vila Real is probably my favourite after Porto. Although Porto is overcrowded and over-touristic. More like a theme park. Vila Real, Braga and Coimbra are great cities too.
