Hi I have one kidney and on this medication is this an issue

This medication probably won’t be an issue but you may want to double check with your doctor. This medication was studied in patients with low kidney function and seemed to be fine. There were some very rare reports of acute kidney injury, but this was usually in patients that were dehydrated or were taking other medications that can harm the kidneys.

Pen is stuck and won’t go down when pressed

Have you tried a new pen needle? Sometimes they are faulty or blocked which will make it difficult to press the button down

That’s a good conversation to have with your doctor. There are a lot of variables that may impact how well it’s working. Your doctor might adjust the dose or change it to something else.
