Pros and Cons: SIM Only Plans

From Australia? Use to be a prepaid fan but Optus lately have had some great deals especially with some flagship products, I usually sell my product on eBay which brings my monthly plan dramatically cheaper, currently have a Optus plan with 100gb data for $30 a month, now I don't bother with home internet I just mobile hotspot my data to my laptop, best part my internet data is mobile :)

I’ve bought my mobiles out right then just been on pay as you go for years but I wanted a new phone but not the worry of being stuck in a contact. So I’m planning on buying a iPhone 11 then getting a sim only plan. What do you think?

Per month sim plans are a similar price these days. Belong lets me rollover data as well.
