O gosh that’s such a loaded q. Are u renting or buying? I mean I personally LOVE WC the best but I pleasant hill is great too! Concord is good but certain areas can be a little dicey so u need to make sure you are ok with that. Reach out I’m happy to chat more!☺️

Yes there are a lot in certain areas but not all. There are some really nice parts of concord too with no homeless at all.👍
