I appreciate the defense attorney. He did everything properly to defend the defendant with the evidence presented and a non compliant and unstable defendant. The defendant has no room to file an appeal for insufficient counsel

Classic case of a narcissist. He was able to get everyone around him to kowtow to him, and he got an overinflated sense of self. Outside of his social circle, his antics aren’t tolerated & he means nothing to anyone, so he’s losing it.

We had a murder here in NZ where the ex boyfriend was stabbing his ex girlfriend. The mother was outside the door desperately trying to get in. He stabbed her 201 times. That is definitely overkill.

Then again to say "I'm responsible" -- maybe he does mean he owes or he double crossed those men that came in as furnace employees. Perhaps he didn't mean to kill her but any knife as short as this was, can be a deadly weapon. Our subclavian artery in the upper chest is very shallow and it doesn't take much to hit it. Jugular vein or the carotid artery also is very easy to puncture if you have a short knife. Sure he may not have intended it but he did it

Hopefully a gallery attendant upgrading themselves to a commentator wasn't disregarded... to whatever potential degree that is, but good question exactly.... However, I'd still like to speculatively conclude a lack of evidence being presented, in order to charge Toby with first degree murder. That said... between a lack of receipt purchases in order to conclude premeditation (if I have that correct...), the utilization of a small handy household pocket knife (much smaller than that of which would typically be used for decapitation). Moreover, such a small blade probably unfortunately having sometjing to do (if not up to extensively that is) with why a neighbor was able to hear screaming for 5-7 seconds... attracting such unecesary attention to the scene. Some evidence being properly disposed of according to the concept of committing a cover up, while one or more other items werent discarded as such. There being twenty-eight years of a relationship status leading up to Rachael's unfortunate passing (all that time for emotional attachment to increase and potentially become stirred...). Lastly, the defendant appearing authentically distraught enough at the scene, for police to at least not initially suspect him (correct me if I'm wrong...).
