A Bergen County pastor was charged with 21 counts of sexual offenses against a teenager. The county prosecutor’s office says Stephen Sweet, 74, committed various acts of sexual assault with the victim when they were between the ages of 13 and 18. These incidents allegedly happened at locations in River Edge Paramus and Ridgewood.
