He wouldn't get better in 4 years in prison, even "gentlemen's prison"-- which is where he'd go, due to security concerns. No I-phone, lights on all night in the cell, mandatorily up-at-6 AM. He'd spend the later years of his sentence in the prison infirmary. It would be too much of a shocking break with his self-indulgent idiosyncratic lifestyle.
