@@gloriakeesey4512 Sure. But 4 years would do the job. If he survived that, he'd come out broken. Just the way we want him. He's a demented goon now. He wouldn't get better in 4 years in prison, even "gentlemen's prison"-- which is where he'd go, due to security concerns. No I-phone, lights on all night in the cell, mandatorily up-at-6 AM. He'd spend the later years of his sentence in the prison infirmary. It would be too much of a shocking break with his self-indulgent idiosyncratic lifestyle. It would just be a killing pressure, however benign it might look to another person. I've been to jail for a few weeks. People who haven't had the experience don't understand the impact of just having the natural rhythm of their daily life ruthlessly taken away and replaced with a robotic schedule that takes no account of their subjective needs. Trump's not an adaptable guy. He's never even had a disciplined job where he couldn't cater to himself at any moment-- have a snack, take a nap. He's actually fragile, and he'd crumble. We know he's unadaptable and fragile from the way he conducted himself in the White House. He was the laziest, most undisciplined, non-diligent president we've ever had. He spent a massive fraction of his presidency on the golf course, sipping cokes and tootling around-- way more than any other president in history. Any substantial prison sentence will finish him off, at least to the extent of finalizing his incipient dementia.
