Why report her missing when you are the one who caused her to go missing.

This is an important one y'all. Her father was murdered, and an officer who worked with Brooks brother was ambushed and murderedin the middle of a highway exit. Lots of dead people involved.

Because evidently there was a bunch of things going on in that town that nobody was allowed to say nothing about due to either drug involvement or bad policing. He was cheating she found out.

Crystal's father didn't go missing, he was murdered while he was hunting in his property. IMO it was Brooks' brother who was a former cop who murdered Crystal's Dad. Brooks definitely murdered Crystal and he needs to go to prison along with his brother.

You know a lot of people don't like Nancy but she cares about victims. And she asks the tough questions and often the response to those questions can be very interesting and the truth can be quite evident. People often say that she's not fair and that being in media she should be more level. But those people forget she is a prosecutor at heart.

Brooks voice was still at least something of conversationally tuned... or it gave off more than just an very basic plain verbal vibe that is. It wasn't like reading off of a peice of paper anyways. He also didn't sound immediately insecure to the following of stumbling his words... picking up and carrying on afterwards, despite this not necesarily being a comfortable conversation in the event of his innocence or guilt for that matter. And the interrogator of Nick exaggerated in claiming that he was being "yelled" at. That said, I wouldn't hold it against anyone for becoming additionally firm with an interrogator in such an instance. Although such a process might be a "thought- juggling game" to the interrogator (of whom's fate is NOT revolving around being accused of murder directly or indirectly), it actually appears respectable for an individual to be ready to put their foot down to an interrogator at such a time, especially based off of an innacuracy. Nick also might've resorted to referring to himself as "not a liar" because he had already on three or so occasions referenced himself as a truth-teller in so many words. This would be less robotic anyways... such as if you say hi to someone twice, then perhaps consider saying "hello" or what not the following time.... Although maybe Nick could've plainly called out the interrogator for being "wrong" or "incorrect" instead of sternly stating that he was telling the truth...for one or so of those occasions, he did at least fired something back instead of taking a blow and clinching.

I think that both of these guys are guilty, but I just had to say that I disagree with the guests and this is why. I've seen many people that were completely innocent acting the way that both of these men did in that interview room. I would be very angry just like the brother if somebody told me that I did something that I didn't. I would be defensive because I'm being accused of something very serious when I didn't do it. But by the same token, I've seen people that have been very calm and relaxed and been completely honest what it is they're saying even when their spouse or loved one is missing. It could have been days after the fact where you've cried for hours and days, you don't have any left. Tears are fascinating things, they are not infinite. I wouldn't judge anybody based on the way that they act unless I knew them. But I do think that these two men are absolutely guilty based on evidence.
