Hello everyone! Today in the video I will show you how to fry the boletus. The small and strong mushrooms are delicious. Mushrooms do not need to be boiled and scalded with boiling water so that their forest aroma does not go away.
• Cut the mushrooms into 1 cm thick slices.
• We wash the mushrooms under running water.
• Put mushrooms in a frying pan with vegetable oil, salt to taste.
• Cooking mushrooms, covered over high heat.
• After 3 minutes, the mushrooms released liquid, reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking under the lid.
• After 15 minutes, the mushrooms are ready, there is no liquid, only oil remains. If you wish, you can add onions and fry everything together for a couple of minutes.
