Thank you Jim Kwik. i have been followed your works for sometime. Listening to many of your podcasts but still never do anything last than a few days. These episodes so far is working for me. i am now a left-hand toothbrush, bed maker, ice man and dreams catching. i can feel the momentum now and beginning to understand "create a habit and habits will create you". Thank you again. Wish you the very best of you life.

Neuro-scientists recommended all of these foods to me at a Traumatic Brain Injury clinic, Cognitive FX, in Utah that I went to. Their brain therapy and brain foods have helped me so much. Thank Jim for passing these foods onto your enormous audience.
