Protecting kids from youth treatment facilities hits home for Paris Hilton

As a teenager, Paris Hilton suffered horrific abuse at Provo Canyon School, a therapeutic boarding school, for troubled teens. She held on to that trauma for more than 20 years. But after bravely deciding to come forward with her own story, she's now dedicated her life to fighting to keep other children out of the same system.
Paris sat down with Scripps Newsline anchor Lauren Magarino to talk about her work at the state and federal levels to help protect kids, including passing laws in 8 states.

Hey thanks for your work Paris. I was sent to CEDU in Running Springs, California in the mid-70s. Is it true you were also there for a brief period of time, before being sent to Provo ? Also... do you think MKULTRA & the Rand Corporation were or are involved in these activities. I do. In any event, as a 66 year old man, I think it's kinda cool to say I'm 6 degrees to Paris Hilton.
