Never made banana pumpkin bread will have to try this make a lot of different breads about Christmas as gifts.❤❤ I have a friend who said she would not eat gluten free she can tell the difference but make all my stuff gluten free an she loves it never no any difference .I use yogurt and it reduces the gritty tastes in it sure you could find a substitute that wwould take its place.

@@earthfriendlykitchen have been gluten free since my husband starting on 23 years an it has been a learning experience but gluten free is better not then back then .

@@mel49ers yes it has DEFINITELY gotten better for sure! The 1:1 flours are so great now. Remember when we had to make our own blends of tapioca flour, potato starch, rice flour, almond flour…. Hahaha

Actually, I was vegan for a really long time and now I’m mostly pescatarian. It’s just one of those things I haven’t reintroduced into my system.
