Truly inspirational video...I started working out in December last year and I weighed 51kg then.... Reached 60kg in March and then this lockdown happened... Will continue to workout after lockdown gets lifted

Didn't take any supplements for the first 2 months (December and January), I took whey and bcaa in February and for the past 3 months I'm not taking any supplements as I don't think I did any high intensity workout (Gym is closed due to the lockdown). Only taking healthy diet for now

My diet Breakfast - moth, lobia, boiled chana, moong dal Lunch -- 4 roti dal white rice Snack - 3 banana, 2 spoon peanut butter, 1 cup milk Dinner- 5 parathaa 2 cup aaloo or 2 cup of bhindi or tinde 4 boiled egg This fills my daily protein goal 😊😊😊😊

I agreed with uh even I m using whey nd isolate since 2years nd I dont hv any problem with it but you should confirm that the product should be genuine coz once I got fake supplement too but once u get the knowledge nd using for long time uh can easily get that product is genuine or not!!

Just wanna emphasize that naturally occurring proteins do differ in their quality; eggs etc are whole proteins containing all essential amino acids but others like gelatin etc don't have them all. Some protein sources have a good alot of minerals (e.g red meat, beef and to some extent chicken. These are rich sources of zinc which is extremely important for human body particularly our reproductive system). So do check the nutritional quality of protein, carbs, fats etc.

I myself as a doctor taking whey from 6 yes without any side effect and also recommended my friends to include genuine whey supplements as a source of protein.

3:37 Casein digestion ke liye rennin enzyme chahiye hota hai jo casein ko paracasein mein convert karta hai which afterwards combines calcium to form a complex called calcium paracaseinate(curd). In the end this curd is digested by enzyme pepsin. Seeing renin only produced in infants due to their primary diet consisting solely of milk ( renin not produced in adults) it would not do you any good in muscle growth and thus would be excreted out like cellulose if consumed

When i showed my friends your video and also told them that you are a natural bodybuilder they said that he takes whey protein powder creatine powder etc how can he be a natural builder he must only eat meat eggs and not consume powder. Hello Saket, I am increasing whey protein intake slowly on daily basis. Because 1st time a complete scoop did not digest to me. So when I reach to complete scoop then can I use any brand of whey protein or just a specific which I am using right now? Also please inform me Is digestive enzymes added whey protein really work for digestion or it's just a myth?
