@@daksh5622nope. It’s fine, assuming he’s on a 500 calorie deficit everyday, means he’s losing about a pound of fat every week. You don’t want your muscles to atrophy if you’re eating too little

Your videos are no nonsense, informative and to the point. I had started working out in 2011 and then I had stopped somewhere around 2016 to 17 but maintained weight and shape. Then after 2018 I had put on a lot of weight, I was 12 to 14 kg overweight at 82 Kg and height 5ft.6inch. I am still overweight but reducing. Started working out on 27th June after buying a wall mount chin up bar. I am giving it my 100% and recovering very fast this time. I am happy with the progress my body has made. I don't want bulging muscles but my body structure is endomorphic or meso, so lean muscles are hard for me. My main objective is to remain fit and feel good within. So I have restarted my journey.

I was too much confused about cardio exercise. Many says never do it, some says do it for 10 min and bla bla. Here I got the catch, do cardio to be in deficit. And yes that HIIT point was also helpful. Thanks. You cleared a lots of my doubts.

Kiddo! You are the bomb. I have subscribed to your channel in the recent past and I have gained immense knowledge. As a person who works out regularly and intensively in gym, I consider myself to be in intermediate-advanced level but I have never achieved my goal of achieving an aesthetic body. But this playlist of yours where you have explained the science behind lean gain and fat loss so comprehensively will most definitely help me achieve the goal. I have chalked out my target macros and stuff in excel and will take up a program as soon as normalcy prevails to the slightest of extent. In the current times, I don't think I can take up a detail diet regime. P.S.- I have not quit working out. I am doing cardio and muscle training with skipping rope, resistance bands and stuff and I think I am losing my bulk and putting on a little fat around the waist! P.S.2- I will comment back on this thread when I achieve my goal after completing the regime. carpediem!

I have been studying a lot about these topics lately and i would really appreciate the effort you have put in.I agree with you completely. I think those people who are eating moderate to less and are skinny fat, are not able to lose weight is because of the fact that their bodies are eating low calories for a long period of time and due to no cardio(in any form) their body's metabolism has adapted to it,that is why people don't understand the true meaning of a caloric deficit. That being said,loved your video! keep up the good work bruh

@@harshilsharma98 mine is kinda weird bro I eat my lunch at around 1:30pm or 2pm then at 3:30 or 4pm I walk in the house for like 30min then I exercise then at 9 or 9:30 Pm eat fruits like an apple with an orange. That's it. it's kinda Weird diet but for sure first day gonna be the hardest day almost starving to death😂but if you follow this diet you have to exercise and have to take cheat day atleast 1 within 2weeks cause our body needs energy too.

Point in the end, impatient calorie loss is what I did as a mistake. Need to recover maintenance colories and go for slow calorie deficit.
