All you need is the aphogee keratin and green. You can spray that on your hair at least once every week or every two lightly too keep your hair strong

I just found out you aren’t supposed to keep witch hazel on your scalp. You’re supposed to use it as a treatment and rinse. My itching has gone down incredibly since I took the witch hazel out of my scalp spray. And it leaves a white residue after a few days. 😮 It is really good for your scalp though but you’re supposed to use it the way you would apple cider vinegar.

Before bc my consultants policy is clean hair. After bc I really don’t like the feel of a retie. So I wash it to help with itchiness etc. usually a few days after. Not immediate 💗

Just Audria I used to use it on my loose natural hair before I interlocked. I’m only like 6 months in so I’m not gonna do it yet but in another few months I will. Rice water with your favorite extract oil 👌🏾
