I'm no doctor but from what I've read this is what I can recall . To anyone here panicking when they see foamy urine it's common every now and then to have foamy urine it's called temporary proteinuria which is actually very normal. Don't forget to urine can also foam up when the bladder is full or the urine is more concentrated also if your urine is being passed very quickly bubbles form can when it hits the water . The main thing to do is maintain a healthy steady diet , looking a bit of weight helps and also exercise regularly. And let me tell you the kidneys absolutely love it when you do. Also drink plenty of water .

I agree with most of what you just said.. I have proteinurea and ckd.. I exercise regularly.. But it is important to note that the intensity of the exceraise matters.. I used to work out intensely.. I have been asked to reduce the intensity as it kept overloading my already week kidneys..regular exercise is still key for my kidney health but high intensity can be dangerous

I drink like 5-6 cups a day and I randomly started having foamy urine that would sometimes clear up and sometimes not, my doctors said they found one of my kidney's to be having a higher level of albumin than usual, I have severe health anxiety so I don't really know how to calm myself down, because I'm too afraid of having a lack of albumin or too much albumin.

I have been told by my doctor that I had some protein in my urine. We did another test and it showed nothing. I think this is because I have pre high BP. My BP is a little unstable. Sometimes its 150/90 other times 122/85 or 135/90 if I dont do Cardio excercise often it jumps up high. But when I do excercise it stays normal

@@medicalmed2100 no kidney issue, but I have been suffering with disc herniation for past 7 months, now back into my way for recovery. I have asked my doctor if I need an operation or not last week and he told me not to rush in to operation and let my body heal itself. Biggest issue for me was the voilent Sciatica that this disc problem brought to my life and it seems its going away soon. My BP is very much stable because I started fasting and eatinc only one meal a day.

@@RyugaZenin well after getting kidney biopsy reports done in 2015 they said reports looks normal so in 2016 just stop taking medications and going to doctor. Even I haven't checked urine for 5 years now. I don't know what will happen to it in future but today i am doing okay okay Don't have problems about it.

@@RyugaZenin well first time when I was getting I'll often couldn't sleeping well so Dr. Suggested get urine test done. Yeah but someone said to me don't use aluminium cooking ware to cook or you are boiling somthing. Even they said you should avoid aluminium foil or plates too. What utensils we are using has direct effect on our health. Ayurveda suggests silverware, bronze, brass, copper etc. Even iron ware is good you can use stainless steel too Today we feel lost and tierd most of the time because we are getting more artificially Done things what nature did for us in past we are forgetting well you search more on internet. Sorry but we are more prone to diseases nowadays so i said it. But eating habit should eat healthy green veg, sugar is not good so drop, soft drinks caffeine are not healthy I'm not expert but take advice from dr. it sometimes happens when you over do exercises and gym workout. Blood pressure and diabetes can cause nephrons some damage. I don't know but if your Dr. Suggested it to you blood test and BP check will clear it. Good luck stay healthy

i just had my urine test today and it says trace (only) in protein.my PUS cells is 1 to 3 and rbc is 0 to 1.my creatinine is 114 and the normal value is 63 to 107 mmol/l.is it ok?im scared 😢

I don't know what is normal but if you go on a low, low carb diet, (cut out all of the carbs but not the vegetables, cut out all fruit but not berries) that will help in every way. It lowers B/P and it lowers insulin in the blood. Both can be the cause of elevated protein in the urine.
