@@ClearWater7.62 @rdsa hi 👋 so this is the truth here guys.. if your having trouble with any type of digestion you should really consider removing fiber and sugar immediately and in total (including fruits). This goes back to the beginning of time to the story of adam and eve and is the biggest lie ever told to man. It was the fruit that eliminated adam and eves immortality. Fiber is not needed. Sugar is not needed and it could be killing you!!! For soo long I personally delt with pain and spent every dollar i made on doctors and test with no results and only additional stress. Speaking of stress.. hot baths/cold baths/water is healing so dont be afraid to use it to cure yourself. Try it!! Along with intermittent fasting you should see results almost immediately. Hope that helps.. Australia medical has alot of videos on this topic of removing fiber/scientific studies showing 100% succes rate!!!

I want to comment on drinking the entire lemon, I love the effects . Even my wife noticed. I could not go over an hour before needing to urinate, lots of stops when traveling. Our last trip I lasted well over two hours. I was drinking lemon water with no really noticeable impact. Now I just use some purified water one lemon I slice up , blend and blend and blend. I add that chunky juice to a glass of water. I really cannot thank you enough. A really simple natural improvement in my life so easy and so very cheap.

I knew I needed to change what I was doing and I started researching better ways to get healthy. I started to eat only organic food and started drinking natural juices and smoothies. I quit all fast food and stopped drinking surgery drinks. I quit all pills, and, not that I recommend it, but I replaced the pills with cannabis. I don’t smoke anymore but it helped me for a time. Getting healthy can be tough at first because we get set in bad habits but it’s worth it . Not only will we be healthier and live longer but we are in less pain also. I truly suggest what Dr Berg is recommending. May God bless you with wisdom and strength to make the proper changes.

Thank you Dr. Berg for sharing your knowledge about a problem as serious as kidney disease. I just wanted to add that, when it comes to preventing CKD, it's always better to focus on risk factors rather than symptoms. That's because when the first symptoms show up it means that the patient is already in an advanced stage of the disease. Risk factors, on the other hand, are always present. So in case of diabetes, high blood pressure, family history of kidney disease, being overweight and also over the age of 60 NEVER wait for symptoms to show up. Get checked.

The first symptom or two does NOT already indicate advanced stage of CKD. Anyone of those issues or two can be due to other issues. Please don't freak people out that one symptom means advanced stage. Itchy skin could be simply dry skin, allergic reaction, stress, etc. Being tired could be a number of things. Increased thirst could simply be dehydration. Also, risk factors are NOT "always" present. Some people in early stages of CKD have no symptoms at all. In the end, regularly checkups is most important.

Puffiness around the eyes can be explained by the kidneys leaking a large amount of protein into the urine, rather than holding it and distributing it throughout the body. The increased level of toxins makes it difficult to sleep. For this reason, when you get less sleep, you increase the chances of deteriorating kidney function.

This makes me feel so afraid. I'm a former stage 3B rectal cancer patient. I eat eggs and besides that just green leafy vegetables, including multiple types of sprouts (both broccoli and radish), sauerkraut, cole slaw and beets. I don't over cook any green leafy veggies. I eat some carbs, like tortillas, but I read the packages to get the least amount. I had high gluclose levels the last time I had my blood work done (wasn't a fasting blood exam and I was drinking home made electrolytes - lemon, salt, maple syrup - since then I've switched to stevia) so I added more magnesium and chromium into my diet. I stayed away from the multi-grain breads and added turkey and salmon into my diet, even though I had been a vegan since 1990. All this is so new to me and I'm afraid of a fatty liver and toxic kidneys. I know you're too busy to respond to these messages but I feel like I'm failing my body. I'm 52, I walk 2 miles a day through hills, I do light stretching and sit ups daily but I don't feel like I'm 40 years old or anything close to the majority of these posts.

I have become a fan of your video's. They are so well presented, and not so long that there is too much to remember. I was CKD stage 3 for probably 25 years, I knew about it from a chance blood exam around 20 years ago. For all that time I have been bouncing around 45-59 eGFR using combined information from yourself, Dr Ekberg, Dr Ken Berry MD, and Ivor Cummins, all via an initial intro from Dr John Bergman DC. All courtesy of KZbin. My last test suddenly had me at 78 eGFR after taking on board the combined advice.

I love listening to your videos, so thank you. Also, in my last pregnancy I was peeing all the time but hardly anything around week 34. My blood work showed low ferritin which made no sense to me at all. To this day I wondered why the low ferritin and now it makes sense. My baby turns out had hydrops and I developed mirror syndrome. She was also severely anemic at birth. The rest is still a mystery, but some interesting clarity over the red blood cell situation finally. She pulled through it all(she had a list of complications) and now she is perfectly fine. Ps your beard is awesome 👌

I was diagnosed with renal failure 6 weeks ago. Getting up 10 to 12 times a night to urinate. Very somatic holding fluids all over my body. My bladder retention was 1400cc’s due to major prostrate blockage I had TURP performed a week ago dr removed a grape size piece that was blocking urine flow. Due to being born with only one kidney I have been studying as much information I can to protect it by proper nutrition changes to my diet. Im 50 and for the first time in my life I’m hearing the high % of men affected by prostrate issues which leads to kidney and liver issues as well as others. Dam shame this is not on every tv commercial .. could save many lives if we would wake up and start listening to dr berg and the likes of.

@@jesus_rt345 super clean low carb .. reputable free range source of protein and fats, cold water wild caught fish, pesticide free veggies from local farmers markets that I have personally visited there farms.. zero alcohol zero tobacco, very low dairy.. perform detox regularly as a way to flush my kidney to keep it happy by a simple mixture of ACV, cranberry juice, lemon and filtered water. Also IF every week. Exercise daily …Low HR exercises with some high intensity and some heavy weight lifting worked in. Never under any circumstance allow myself to dehydrate. Take capsules of turmeric/ginger, stinging nettle root, and zinc. Hope this helps .. I’ve noticed a major difference in all aspects of my life in a very short time of switching to this way. Still I research to improve on this

Please can you do a video on Gitelman and Baarter syndromes. I have symptoms of Gitelman's. I can't hold onto electrolytes, especially sodium and minerals, of which I am chronically deficient. I am always thirsty, yet drinking water makes me weak. I crave salt and have to take pinches of salt every half hour, which makes me feel better. Three years of Keto did NOT help. In fact, I've added carbs to my diet in the form of fruit in an attempt to hold onto my salts. It hasn't helped. In fact, things are worse. Oddly, my kidney markers have all come back normal. Please do a video on these diseases Dr Berg. Sometimes the cause goes deeper than diet. It MIGHT be genetics. Your knowledge is bringing me closer to finding answers.
