Thanks a lot for the explanation! I want to ask, if a patient is infected with a virus then I should expect to see a yellow color, right?

the more present the infection in the sample, the less color present... it is the opposite of the result with a typical ELISA... because the color is coming about as a result of the enzyme conjugate binding to the antibodies. If there is more binding of conjugate (more color), it means there is less of the protein of interest in the sample. And then the opposite, if there is less color it means there is more of the protein of interest in the sample
