If a major key to health and longevity is immune function, isn't it true that all animal products adversely affect the gut in some fashion and therefore the immune system?

Why do you not mention that VEGAN diet is best to keep systemic inflammation in check? Doesn't the evidence presented by Dr Michael Greger and others show that to be the case? The Mediterranean diet does include animal products like fish and dairy and those have been shown to contribute to overall systemic inflammation.

Because its not true It's important to include fermented foods including fermented raw dairy products and pasture raised organic grass fed meat stock

@@olivia-surenwhitaker5223 It IS true, according to BONA FIDE researches and Med specialists. If you ferment animal foods, you're NOT making them any healthier or better in an appreciable way.
