What does the outlaw 10.5 mean is it the 10.5 w tires or something

Man some of these drivers that cant control there engines rpm with the gas peddle and just let it hammer on the chip is aweful for the engine. Ask any real engine guy and they will tell you its very hard on parts to let them hit a high rpm limit under load but only a little less damaging is a low rpm chip like a burnout limiter. Even 2 step is hard on stuff.
