I am a dentist from Dnipro, Ukraine. Our universities are scams for locals too. But becouse of that and basically zero insurance we have a very developed commersual courses market and a lot of S class dentist. Maxim Belograd for example. Even towns of 50k people have at least 10 microscopse. An ironic situation considering how poor people are.
