Oh, How I wish for every patron and student, professional and craftsman to view this! Providence Jewelry Museum represents the history of passionate, dedicated and creative craftsmen. To have these extraordinary molds, dies and machines to reveal the journey to making some of the most extraordinary jewelry in the world.... I'd give anything to go back in time to a workshop with those amazing artists (many unknown :-( to witness their approach to this timeless need for human's need to adorn & surround oneself in precious metals and gems. As a contemporary designer/goldsmith - I am humbled to be a small part of this journey. Bravo to Peter DiCristofaro for saving these priceless treasures of dedication and creativity.

Love anything made from steel and to have these to share with the world is the true treasure! Love the way he said it is a way of teaching making!! This is what I would also like to do for the next generation in art in general. Thank you so much for letting us in on this little GEM.

I was angry also that a lot of jewelry companies and shops have closed their doors. It is a lost art. I am a jeweler and started back in the 1970's. Very hard to use my hands now. But I will be attempting to make some rings from coins and get back in doing work again slowly. Thank you for the video. I also like to teach others how to create jewelry with the mind and hands.
