Beautiful story and beautiful work!! Thank you so very much for sharing ❤️ I only wish that I could get thus far and I hope one day I will. If the resources were available, but unfortunately they are not. So I have to make do until then. But I can say that I have grown some in the last year and Omgoodness it was like Christmas when I was able to get my jewelers bench , my good torch and flex shaft. I had literally been sitting in my dining room floor with my bench pin mounted to the dining room table chair lol 😂 it was the only place I could attach it because of how the table was made it wouldn’t work there. But I wasn’t letting any of that stop me!!

You are an amazing jeweler and it shows. This also shows that you found what it is you are supposed to do. If someone does, then their work looks like yours. It may not have been effortless, but it looks like it was for you. Simply gorgeous.

Every artist has a story to tell, and while there is a sincere desire to tell yours I see several holes in the philosophy put forth in the video, Its clear you know alot about horses and riding and saddles but clearly the metaphor to jewelry doesnt quite hold it, if a saddle doesnt work well its a useless saddle, if a piece of jewelry works well for the wearer besides it being beautiful, its a bonus, furthermore your somewhar ornate jewelry doesnt appear to suceed in being unnoticed on the contrary it leans very much towards decoration and theres never a good explanation why you think you've made something that is comfortable to the wearer, however it may appear to be an important part of your story, this issue is left unanswered, On one level the video is entertaining, but for the most part I feel like it leaves me with questions to the jeweler's aesthetic and no answers.
