I bought all the recommended parts, including the backup camera, and had a shop handle the installation. The installer mentioned it was working initially, but when I arrived to test it, it stopped working. He restarted the system, and it functioned again temporarily. However, after I left the store, the system stopped working completely. I tried restarting the system, and it seemed to partially work once. But when I selected 'Android Auto,' the system became totally unresponsive and hasn’t worked since, despite multiple attempts to restart it using the power button and restarting the car. The screen is frozen, unresponsive to touch, and there’s no audio or radio. It simply displays 'Auto Source Disconnected.' I returned to the installer, but he was unable to resolve the issue and suggested it might be a software problem. Do you have any idea what could be causing this or any suggestions for fixing it? Thank you.

How are you getting the rear speakers to play if you didn't hook them wires up on the harness?
@ProvoBeastAudio2 жыл бұрын
The factory JBL amplifier only takes in two channels of input, and uses those two channels for all speakers in the vehicle (fader is controlled in the amplifier, not at the radio). That is why you don't connect the rear speakers in our video as the amplifier doesn't use those channels at all to produce audio for the rear speakers in the vehicle. Again, this is only in the case if you have the JBL audio factory system.
