Airy Tea Rolls are affordable and very tasty! The buns according to this recipe are very soft, airy, flaky and very fragrant! And they are very easy and quick to prepare using the simplest ingredients!!! I recommend it to everyone! You can find the recipe below in the description under the video!!!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
300 ml of warm milk.
100 g of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
2 eggs.
1 egg + 1 egg white.
20 ml of vegetable oil.
550 g of wheat flour.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Flour.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Divide each portion into 6 equal parts.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Cut into 4 parts.
Place the buns on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
1 egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.

Я из Амурской области. Спасибо что делитесь с нами своим мастерством😃♥️. Я тоже пеку похожие на эти булочки, только немного другой рецепт. Вместо двух яиц, кладу 2 желтка, сахара совсем немного, 3 ст.ложки для питания дрожжей. Технология замеса та же, только когда раскатываю, разрезаю на секторы, и складываю, каждый сектор промазываю растопл.слив.маслом и посыпаю сахаром. Формирую булочки и выпекаю. Ещё горячие сверху тоже смазываю слив.маслом. Вот и думаю, надо испечь по Вашему рецепту и сравнить. Больше всего меня смущает яичный белок, был бы он взбит миксером, тогда сомнений было меньше. Вот о чем я думала😁
