PS4 Pro freezing/stuttering problem

Hi. I've been having this problem lately. My PS4 Pro has been freezing/stuttering for 1-2 secs every 1 minute. Video is an example of how it freeze. It happens to my other game as well.
Anyone know what cause this?

What did you do to fix it? Did you change hdd?
